About TCW
A locally rooted company, built to an international standard.
Tabora Concrete Works Ltd combines Tanzanian land and operational relationships with disciplined project finance and technical management.
Background
From concession to construction supply.
Tabora Concrete Works Ltd (TCW) is a Tanzanian company established to develop an aggregate stone quarry and crushing operation on a 200-acre concession in Tabora Region. The company was formed to convert a well-positioned mineral resource into a reliable, quality-controlled supply of construction aggregate for Tanzania's road, rail, housing and commercial building programmes.
TCW's approach is deliberately operational rather than speculative: the company is sequencing land and licensing, plant procurement, and site development toward a defined production target, with a financing structure sized to that plan rather than an open-ended raise.
